On Saturday, May 8, 2010 my husband and I visited Midlands Honda. We met with Mark Rossi. Mr. Rossi was able to get us in the vehicle we always wanted. We never once felt like we were being ripped off. Our visit was about us not about him making a sale. The price was super affordable. The best part is we have found our home for cars. I really enjoyed the customer service and my car from Midlands Honda. My sales person was attentive and it is a very friendly atmosphere within the dealership. The only problem I had with the overall service was that there was a miscommunication the day I received my car. On Wednesday, the 5th, I was told that Midlands Honda could process the paperwork for me to finance my car through my credit union; the only thing I needed was my mom's signature on some things to authorize the sale since she was co-signing. When I went in the next day to sign the paperwork and pick up my vehicle, I was told by one of the finance managers (I was dealing with 2: Michael Ohrin from the previous day, and I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me process the paperwork) that they were told that I was to take the paperwork to my credit union. At this time it was a little after 4:00 so I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to get my car because my credit union closed at 5 if I had to make a drive over there. After all of the confusion, nonetheless, I was able to get my paperwork processed. The man that helped us (I hate that I can't remember his name) was extremely patient and helpful. I was so happy to drive off in my "new" used car. I would recommend Midlands Honda to my family and friends. If I could thank EVERYONE who helped me, I would. They were awesome. More
This evaluation is very late, but they did such a good job, I felt I needed to go out of my way 2 months later to make sure I evaluated them. They gave me a discounted price on the car that was actually offered by the other Honda dealer, but because I was a loyal customer to the service department, they were willing to work with me. Maureen was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable about the cars and very thorough with showing me all the features in the car. I've recommended them to all my friends that are in the market for a vehicle, whether they want a Honda or not! More
Mr. Ruple made the experience of buying a Honda Pilot very pleasant. He answered all of my questions and I had lots. I was looking for a larger vehicle for better visibility and also passenger seating very pleasant. He answered all of my questions and I had lots. I was looking for a larger vehicle for better visibility and also passenger seating that would take care of my grandchildren when we went on trips. I was also looking for a vehicle that got good gas mileage and with enough power when needed. The Honda Pilot met my needs. Mr. Ruple pointed out several features of the Pilot that I did not notice but were nice to have on a car. The only area of buying the Pilot that was unpleasant was the fact that the Maintenance Agreement was not even mentioned until I was signing the paperwork and then I had to decide within a few minutes as to whether I was interested in it or not. I believe ALL ASPECTS of the vehicle being purchased should be gone over with the customer before any papers are presented for signatures. More
Mr. Rossi was very knowledgeable of the product my wife and I were interested in which was the Honda Accord. He called us on the phone to let us know that a gray Accord has just arrived on the delivery tr and I were interested in which was the Honda Accord. He called us on the phone to let us know that a gray Accord has just arrived on the delivery truck and "set it aside" for us to look at before any "extras" were put on the car as he knew that we did not want any "frills" on the car. Mr Rossi gave us more than a fair price for our trade-in vehicle a 2003 Buick. He explained the features of the Accord and went over in detail the dash board panel and all the "gizmos" and arranged for a full tank of gas. We were very pleased with Mr Rossi and at no point felt pressured to buy. This is our 5th Honda that we have purchased through this dealership and have been very pleased with the sales and the service staff. More

I have even picked one out on the Internet and bought it that day! In this case, our family needed a third car quickly and we found the perfect one without having to haggle or be shown cars we were not interested in.
