I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4dr from Larry Stover. Larry was unbelivable kind and went out of his way to assist me in information and inspection of the vehicle. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor, Preston, was very helpful. I pre-ordered a new 2009 Civic Hybrid at Midlands and it came in about a month later, all the way from Japan! It had two scratches but the management took care of it. the salesman that sold us the car was very friendly and not the typicla "used car salesman". We started lookiing at new cars and we were too far apart on the price. The Used Car Sales Manager offered us not the typicla "used car salesman". We started lookiing at new cars and we were too far apart on the price. The Used Car Sales Manager offered us a good deal on a low mileage Accord that was an up-grade but a better price. The were negotiable and price and demonstrated a willingnes meet our needs and get us in the car. There has to be a way to shorten the time buyers have to spend in the dealership though. That was my only complaint and it is universal to the process. More

I was very impressed with the new dealership. It was very clean and welcoming. The service advisor was pleasant and took care of my car quickly. I'm 73 and just lost my husband a few months ago. Before then, my husband took care of car maintainance. It was a relief to know that Midland's Honda will be there if I need them.
