Seth Lyell, Service Manager takes their quote to heart..."Our obsession is your satisfaction". We had trouble on a long road trip and were fortunate enough to come here and meet Seth. He acted with great efficiency, made us a priority and diagnosed our problem. He explained with great communication to both my husband and myself what the situation was and what our options were. His goal was our goal...get us quickly and safely back on the road. Russ, our technician was also a superstar in not giving up when our particular issues proved challenging and frustrating. Thank you for knowing your business, gentleman and for making car trouble as positive an experience as we have ever had. You should be running seminars on customer service, Seth. "Poor Service, poorly trained technicians"

I took my 2014 Mazda 3 in for warranty work back in November of '15. The technician changed my gauge cluster. When I pulled out the service lane I knowticed that my mileage showed zero miles. Since I was in a rush I didn't do anything about it figuring I'd just have it corrected later. Well today June 24 2016 I took it in for a recall and also to have my odometer set to my correct mileage (since the technician last time failed to do so) and was told it couldn't be accomplished. So now I'm driving around with a two year old vehicle with incorrect mileage because of an ill trained Mazda technician!!! Thanks Midlands Mazda, next time I'll go elsewhere for service...

In addition to providing service for my 2006 Miata, Andy Wilson at Wray Mazda has agreed to provide service for my 2003 Honda Civic (the Honda dealership moved locations). I recently had an issue with the temperature gauge on my Honda and called Dean Royson to see if they would take a look at it. They were able to fix the problem within a few hours. I met Andy Wilson at the service area to thank him for providing service on my Honda, providing an excellent price, and providing excellent customer service. In the conversation, Andy detailed all the "extra steps" they performed to ensure the problem was corrected. I continue to be amazed at the quality of their repair service and the genuine interest and focus on the customer. Hopefully I have many more years with the Miata. I suspect I'll need to replace the Honda in a few years or so. I have owned a half dozen Hondas but will definitely go to Hal Wray for the next replacement.

The Mazada 3 I currently am driving is the third car I have bought from Wray Automotive. If I have ANY concern, all I do is call Bert Bock and he answers my question or puts me in contact with the individual who can help me. Wray Automotive is a FAMILY business! I have met and spoken to Mr. Wray and his son on numerous occasion - in person & on the phone. George Mook and Andy Wilson are always honest and up-front with me . . . something this female truly appreciates when it comes to car mechanics, due to my lack of expertise. I quite imagine I will buy my next vehicle from Wray as well. They take the time to make sure I am comfortable with what I am purchasing & truly go the extra mile when it comes to making their customers happy! I recommend this dealership highly!

Wray's service department is the best I've ever used in my 50+ years of driving. They do excellent work, never have I had to take my car back to have something done the 2nd time. I'm so impressed with their service on my Miata that I began having them service my Honda Civic. While their service is excellent, their customer service is first of class. I'm greeted by first name in a friendly yet professional way. They do everything possible to ensure that I'm treated as the most important customer they have. I highly recommend Wray Mazda for all Mazda and Volkswagen service. Once you experience their quality service, you also may take your other vehicles to them as well.
