Dealership lost my service maintenance hard copy record, service member tried to charge me labor and part of cabin/engine air filter replacement when I clearly saw service workers take my air filter to brus service member tried to charge me labor and part of cabin/engine air filter replacement when I clearly saw service workers take my air filter to brush it off and put the same one back in while I was looking through the window , talked about fraud. service workers would take their time on car and be on the phones when my car would have been finished service, dealership lied about free maintenance for first 2yrs or under 30,000 mile free maintenance when purchasing brand new car from them. definitely need to look elsewhere for recall service cause not sure how this dealership will handle this work. If dealership is charging Toyota on maintenance work I seriously advised to make sure no fraud is accounted for More

I purchased a 2007 mustang Tuesday at 6:40 pm, on the way back to Augusta Ga it broke down around 7:40p.
