I did call. Four times. I left my name and number each time. Ironically, I got auto-generated e-mails from your internet sales representative and from your general manager asking me how my transaction went and to make sure I was "being taken care of." I responded to each of those with my name and number and asked to be contacted as well. Crickets. All I got was yet another autogenerated e-mail looking to close a sale. The best part was when the general manager's auto message asked what he could do to "sweeten the deal" … well, having the actual car I am trying to buy would be a start. It would be comical if it were in a movie and not in my real life. Here's the GM's note - Dear John XXXXXXX, My name is Craig Williams, I am the General Sales Manager at Dick Dyer Toyota. I want to thank you for choosing Dick Dyer for your shopping destination. I know that our Sales Team is working hard to ensure you are a satisfied customer.
