So quick and efficient was the service, I barely had time to sit down and get settled. Everyone was on top of taking care of me while my car air conditioning was being checked. They will increase the price when they know you've been looking at a vehicle. Its very much a bait and switch situation. We ended up buying our van from them anyway because it was the vehicle we wanted, bu looking at a vehicle. Its very much a bait and switch situation. We ended up buying our van from them anyway because it was the vehicle we wanted, but ended up spending a few thousand more than we anticipated. They even admitted to "increasing the price that morning because when they checked the value it had gone up." We didn't have any printed documentation to prove the price we'd seen online that had led us to reaching out and discussing test driving the vehicle. Then the second we drove off the lot after purchasing (we'd test driven it fine), the check engine light came on. It ended up taking them several months to get the vehicle repaired at another dealership since it was a used vehicle and not a Kia. The one thing they did right was providing a loaner vehicle for us to use since we had traded in the only vehicle we had that fit our entire family. More
