I told David, my salesman, I was not going to purchase the vehicle unless they got the certification of CPO done. He assured me it was done. I went to the dealership to get the paperwork because they didn the vehicle unless they got the certification of CPO done. He assured me it was done. I went to the dealership to get the paperwork because they didn’t give it to me at time of sale. They gave me a work order and a 135 point inspection with no VIN verifying it was for MY vehicle. So, I called Kia consumer affairs the next day to verify and they told me it was NOT done. I’m currently working with them to get this solved. THIS IS A PROBLEM! The car is a 2025 with 5k miles. Should have been done. Other issue is the finance guy tried to sell me on extended warranties and told me the maintenance warranty included oil changes, all filters changed and all fluids done for 5 years. I looked in my contract later and saw he signed me up for ONLY oil changes. I felt scammed, so I came in and cancelled the extended warranty and maintenance warranty and they told me it could take 16 WEEKS?!?! All in all, I felt this was all very shady, I’m not happy. More
Used them for years, for multiple cars but they've gone downhill fast recently. Went in for new tires, put different more expensive ones than quoted on my car. Was supposed to get software update and decal during last two visits but no idea if it happened, no decal added but they listed it on the paperwork. Some of the service employees seemed very busy doing personal tasks and games on their phones instead of helping customers. Won't be going back. More
