If you have an appt to get your service done, they should get you right in and right out. Every time I go for an easy oil change my car is there for at least 2-3 hours. I made an online appointment to have an oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush. I never got a confirmation so I then called and left a message the week before my appointment. I ended up coming in a little after 8am and dropped off my car for the work. After five hours I still had not received any communication from the dealership so my husband and I went back and they had only done the oil change and tire rotation. We left without getting the transmission work. I was disappointed because there was no communication to update us on the fact that they were running behind. This was not my first bad experience here. I also had tires installed earlier in the year. My husband made the appointment and selected the specific tires we wanted online and I went into get them installed. After the work was completed I went home and my husband informed me that the tires they put on were not the ones that he ordered. Again, there was no communication that the tires we wanted were not available. And they should have let me know so that I could have decided to wait or just take what they had. I will not be returning to this dealership because I do not trust them anymore. More

We were told our title and plates were taken care of and transferred to our new car, but we just found out 15 days later that we still have to register and transfer it over and will be spending over 2k out transferred to our new car, but we just found out 15 days later that we still have to register and transfer it over and will be spending over 2k out of pocket to take care of it. It would have been nice to know beforehand what we were getting into. Also, our sales specialist was not sympathetic at all and made excuses. Transparency would have been nice. More
