My car had poop or very very suspicious food rubbed on different areas of the inside of vehicle. they forgot to put coolant in my new engine!!! They were also very disorganized and my vehicle tech was never available so I could ask questions about the repairs they did. More

At the Service desk. E. Dubler was kind and courteous with explanation. We had to bring the vehicle in twice and he was able to witness our issue after the service guys s E. That is why we had to bring it back the second time. On both occasion the service department was able to reproduce the issue and therefore unable to resolve the matter. I enjoyed the customer service but as far as the service technicians, I can not. I can not speak highly enough on how well I was taken care of at the service desk by Dubler and I do not wish for this review to reflect poorly on his work. More
