I spoke with several representatives including a manager about being unhappy with the purchase. I realize used cars are sold as is but you assume a dealership sold vehicle would have gone through thorough inspection but this obviously wasn’t the case. I was told basically that it was now my problem. They did agree to tow the vehicle to their shop. I called periodically for 3 weeks and they would say they hadn’t looked at it yet. I finally decided to take it to a dodge dealer and try to trade it for another and just take a beating on the huge loss. When I went to get it from the Kia shop, they couldn’t find the keys and ultimately found them at the back of the office not even in the line up to be serviced. So much for the $3,300 bumper to bumper warranty I bought. What a joke. The dodge dealership went out of their way to help me out and I traded the vehicle. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER recommend Kia to anyone. More

I was pleased with the purchasing aspect and people involved. However the car wasn’t entirely ready when we picked it up. It still needed to be cleaned up and the floor mats weren’t there. We have had to wait over a week to get the car cleaned although some of that has been weather related. I’d say a few hiccups have occurred but the car itself is great! More
It took 2 days to get a quote and I called 15 or more times to keep the process moving. Tried to get the undercarriage cover quoted and took even more time. Went in for work the next week and not everyt times to keep the process moving. Tried to get the undercarriage cover quoted and took even more time. Went in for work the next week and not everything was completed. I cli ked on the replacement of the undercarriage cover for $143 but it did not show up on final report and did not get completed. Also I had to call another 15 times or more. In the 4 days the car was at dealership for quote and work I never received one phone call and half the time they only worked on it when I called. Also the final prices ended up being $200 more then the quoted price. Not sure how that happens considering you quoted it a couple days earlier. Seems dishonest and the company service is horrible.
