Kia Midtown had 3 weeks worth of chances. The vehicle is now traded and I no longer have it. Thanks to a Dodge a dealership I am at least in a comparable vehicle with no engine issues. Took a financial hit, but only option I had. Then I called Kia to refund the service warranty that I paid for, and again, no rush on their part to make it right. I was told I had to show up in person to sign a document, and it would take 10 weeks to get the refund. Wow! Really? So I must go out of my way to drive to Tulsa to sign a document.
