Appalling. My car was in worse condition when received then when it was brought into the dealership and had to be towed back. I was promised my car would be ready 'tomorrow' for three weeks in a row only to go in to find they hadn't started it, or ordered the parts. In the first 5 weeks of Kia having my car I never received a call back when I was told I would. It took 6 weeks for them to look at my car. I have warned my insurance company not to do business with Kia Midtown in the future. More
