Midtown Kia - Service Center

Was early for appointment and they got me right in. Kept me updated as to what was happening. Told me it would be 45 min to an hour. Took about an hour so all good. Only thing is this was first oil change at 5k and I would have assumed tire rotation was a part of servicing but since I did not mention tire rotation they only changed oil. I would think any dealer service would include tire rotation. That's the only reason not 5 stars More

Love this place! Service people are always nice, smiling friendly faces & prices are reasonable. All other employees pretty much ignore you.
