The service department people are not friendly what so ever. It’s almost like you are a bother to them. Also they don’t go over anything after your oil change just want your payment and then send you emai ever. It’s almost like you are a bother to them. Service department does answer the phone or return voicemails. Was told vehicle would be available for pickup at the end of a Wednesday business day. Came in on Thursday and was told it would not be a voicemails. Was told vehicle would be available for pickup at the end of a Wednesday business day. Came in on Thursday and was told it would not be available until Friday. Cost me an additional hotel night as I have a 800mile drive. Took close to a month to be repaired partially Kia headquarters fault. Very unhappy with Kia. More
The Midtown service department has been very easy to work with. They are caring and go out of their way to make sure you and your service are taken care of.
