We were greeted immediately by Bob Hurley, and after explaining our budget, he showed us around. He gave us his honest opinion on the cars we looked at and my husband and I narrowed it down to two. After making our decision we worked with Bob who was amazingly helpful in getting everything squared away. He made everything super easy and didn't get frustrated with the 100's of questions we threw at him. There was no pressure or flashy gimmicks. I have had two experiences purchasing a vehicle there . The first was a special order task of trying to find a Ford E250 cargo van in the color blue with a sliding side door. To anyone who knows about cargo vans finding a blue one is difficult finding one with a sliding side door is almost next to impossible. Midway came through and found my exact van. Thank you Mike! My second experience was the one I just had on August 5th when I purchased my 2015 Acura RDX.. I would like to thank Bob Hurley and Kevin Deveey two Midway auto associates one representing sales the other finance for their outstanding service and treating me like a customer and not an end of the month quota number. They’re down to earth no sales pressure attitude along with their humble approach in making me feel comfortable with any questions or concerns I may have had is the reason I chose to stay and purchase this vehicle from Midway, which is also the reason the other four dealerships did not get my business . Car buying for most people is a very stressful. It is nice to know that there’s a place you can go and put those fears aside. Within minutes of expressing what it was i was looking for my dealer, Bob, had already found me several vehicles matching what I was looking for. Once the cost was discussed the experience since has been smooth and successful. I would recommend this dealership to others looking for a car. More
Friendly but deceiving and not knowledgeable! I bought a Jeep Compass here this summer (August, 2018). All of the sales team members were very nice and friendly however I feel this dealership and I bought a Jeep Compass here this summer (August, 2018). All of the sales team members were very nice and friendly however I feel this dealership and salesman, Frank Henry were disorganized and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend shopping here at all. During the purchase of my vehicle I was told that the backup camera I wanted to have added would be installed by a third-party company called Classic Designs and that it would have a lifetime warranty. This was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase this Jeep. After being told on Monday that vehicle would be ready on that Friday, I was called and told it would not be ready until the following Monday. Now, after waiting a week I went to pick it up on Monday. When I got to Midway Automotive I was handed off to another sale person because Frank was busy. I was told that the vehicle had not been inspected yet and the registration was not ready either so I would have to come back in the next day to get that done. I then asked for an information manual and warranty packet on the backup camera. The sale person got Frank and Frank informed me that he didn't receive that from Classic Designs. The other sale person offered to call the company the following day for the information. When I went back the next day, I had to wait 3-hours for my car to be inspected. I was also informed that I will not be receiving anything information from Classic Designs about their installation of backup camera. On top of that I was told that it only has a 3-year or 36,000 mile warranty, not the lifetime warranty I was told at the time I purchased the Jeep. After asking Frank about the false information he told me, he said he was sorry and he thought it was lifetime but that there was nothing he could do. More
