Where do I begin? A few years back I my son had an accident and totalled my mini-van. Two years prior, my husband suffered a heart attack and had a triple bi=pass which has disabled him. Having had this happen after having impeckable credit, my credit was not in good standing,at this point I was happy to have my husband alive, but again, so this is life and accidents happened. My husband and I where puzzled what to do and where to go. We went to MidWay Automotive and met Dennis Wilburn. Right off the bat; Friendly, Honest, NOT PUSHY!, Flexible, Understand, Whatever we needed. Needed some time, AGAIN NOT PUSHY, told us bring the car to my mechanic, what else could he do. God bless him we got an awesome vehicle safe and big enough for my family, yet good on gas and payments we could afford and not to break the bank as well as that wasn't enough, FREE Oil Changes for life as long as I owned the car!!! Who does that??? MIDWAY does! So after that, I swore I would not go anywhere else. So after a few years, time for hubby to get a new vehicle. Went to get a FREE Oil Change for my car which is still GREAT, and I ran into my friend from High School, John Graham. He is with the MidWay Family now. He like Dennis, took his time, was very informative and of course friendly, courteous, respectful and did whatever it took. In the meantime, my son got into a contract with another car dealer that will remain nameless, I spoke to Dennis and John about it. In fact, my husband also spoke to Dennis about it, Both were willing to offer advise as this is their business or to tell us avenues for assistance. Who now-a-days goes out of there way to help, not to make a sale, not to get business, because they honestly care, they both went out of their way for My Family, not just for the sale, but for a human act of kindess and compassion and willingness to help others. I can't express how much I appreciate Midway Auto Sales in Abington, MA. We are so grateful, thankful and geniunly blessed for our relations with MidWay. Hubby is loving his new vehicle with FREE Oil changes and something new, a bumper to bumper warrenty for 2 years! What else can you possibly ask for! Love you Guys - Dennis-You rock Always! after going on autotrader i found the car i was looking for a 2008 Audi A8, I contacted the dealer by e mail and was contacted by dennis their internet manager he gave me all the info i was looking for inc for a 2008 Audi A8, I contacted the dealer by e mail and was contacted by dennis their internet manager he gave me all the info i was looking for including a rough idea of the value of my trade. When i arrived at the dealership dennis introduced me to john we worked out a very fair deal in less than 1 hour (with the help of gary the sales manager)i took the car home the same day. These guys are easy experienced people to deal with, they have over 200 pre owned cars in stock, and they give you free oil changes and tire rotations for the life of your car. More

Went into midway about a month ago in search of a used vehicle for my girlfriend. She was a first time buyer so getting financed can tend to be an issue. Frank was laid back, professional and exemplifies the attitude a model customer service representative would have. We took the Scion for a test drive, and she loved it. Next comes the worst part of any transaction, sitting down and talking numbers. Frank made this entire experience painless, they got her financed at a very fair interest rate with low money down, and sold the car at a very reasonable price. Next is the business office, there was no pressure to buy anything extra however we did purchase an extended warranty for peace of mind, which was also a fair price. They fixed every issue we had with the car without question, and we had a deal. Overall I would rate midway a top notch car dealership, with no poor tactics. Every single part of our transaction was clean, smooth, fair, and pleasant. Frank and Dave in finance made this experience a pleasure, and I would refer anyone looking for a used car to Frank at midway. Every single person we came in contact with at this dealership was welcoming and had a smile on. Thumbs up to the managers and owner for doing such a great job, We can't thank you guys enough. She still loves the car, and we will be returning when another car is needed. My buying experience at Midway Motors was absolutely great. I was greeted by one of their Sales Professionals, he asked what I was looking for and didn't assume that I was looking for a Mini Van just be great. I was ready for the car I always wanted to drive, not the family mover I no longer needed ! He then showed me an Infinity M35, a Lexus ES350 and then my Dream car a BMW 330. The BMW was beautiful and it ran perfect (he put on his seat belt when I stepped on the gas). We negotiated a price I was happy with and I now own the BMW I dreamed about and Midway Motors owns my still nice Sienna. The best part, I get FREE Oil changes and Tire Rotations for as long as I own my BMW ! Thanks Tom More
