No one is perfect but they try really hard No company is perfect and Midway Chevrolet is no different. I won't hide the fact that my first experience with them was beyond terrible. However, it's how a company responds when something doesn't go right that really shows you the integrity of that company. After my initial interaction I was quite upset and expressed my concerns through every avenue I could think of. I didn't expect anything in response, so I was very surprised when the general manager (Dave) called me and sincerely apologized. He asked for an opportunity to make it right. As I said, no one is perfect so I wasn't going to hold them to a perfect standard so I gave them a second chance. Dave made up for the first interaction and more. He knows the value of a customer and I know he is doing what he can to establish an environment that is friendly, welcoming, and most important: honest. Dave is a busy man so I won't suggest everyone go see him, but go see Lamar, my salesperson. He will take care of you and I know that his honesty is supported by the leadership of the dealer. Together, they turned a nightmare into a dream. More
