Avoid this dealership. Internet sales manager David Camps and his minions made lots of promises, but didn't keep any of them. All for a $100 fix on the vehicle they sold me. Your ratings online already stink. I won't help you. More
Fantastic customer service. Gil is an expierenced dealer who is very knowledgable about his inventory. I shopped around before coming to midway, and all the dealers turned me off for various reasons from la who is very knowledgable about his inventory. I have been treated poorly by this dealership several times in the past couple years. This is the closest Chevy Dealership to my home, but I will not use them at all in the future. Today I went into times in the past couple years. This is the closest Chevy Dealership to my home, but I will not use them at all in the future. Today I went into the parts department to get a a/c control switch that had become brittle and broke. I was told that you can't buy that switch, but you can buy the one next to it. I would have to pay for a entire new a/c control panel and have it installed. I asked it the other switch that was available would work where mine was broken, he answer immediately without looking anything up that it would not work. I would have to pay for a 300$ control panel. I left the dealership feeling like most of the experiences I have had with Midway, like someone was trying to take advantage of me.. I thought about it for a minute and pulled the other switch off, compared the two of them. They looked identical, put it inplace of the broken one and everything worked and fit perfectly.. I will be purchasing a new switch, but not from Midway as they are not honest or trustworthy.. I have had similiar experiences when going to this dealership looking at new trucks as well.. Midway must have the worst customer service of any dealership I have ever worked with.. More
We had purchased a Chevy traverse on a three year lease from Midway Chevrolet with some issues. At the two year mark, the dealership called and asked us if we would go into a brand-new lease with the exact from Midway Chevrolet with some issues. At the two year mark, the dealership called and asked us if we would go into a brand-new lease with the exact same payment. I question the exact same payment, and they said absolutely, not one penny more and we'll put you in a 2012 Traverse for a new 3 yr lease. When we arrive, they began wheeling and dealing and not abiding by the promise they made to get us in the door. First they wanted $5000 extra, then we finally got down to $100 more a month when we got very angry at the lie to get us there. We left and went to Buick in Scottsdale who agreed to the deal and put us in a brand-new Buick enclave for the exact payment that we were paying for the Chevy Traverse. It has been one year since we were in there and I get a call from Midway about every three weeks. They want me to come and trade in my traverse lease for a new one. I explain that I would never buy from Midway and to remove my call from their call log. They question why, and I explain in detail that we no longer have the Traverse and we'd NEVER buy from them, ever!!! And then ask them to not call me, that I would never ever ever buy a car because they are liars. And as of two weeks ago, they are still calling. All my begging for them to stop the sales calls go un-listened to. They are desperate to sell you and deceive you.I guess I need to file a harassment suit! More
My research, order, and purchase experience with Gil Martinez was excellent. He listened to what I was looking for tried to find my truck anywhere in the country. Failing that we ordered it. I recently purchased a new Chevy volt from this dealer and i cannot believe how great their customer service is. Their Volt specialist Gill, knows everything you could ever imagine about this vehicle. i h and i cannot believe how great their customer service is. Their Volt specialist Gill, knows everything you could ever imagine about this vehicle. i have to say i have purchased many vehicles and when it comes time to do paperwork and the walk through im pretty much over it. But Gill was so informative and full of useful information i couldn’t help but stay interested. The most important feeling that came out of my entire experience was that during the entire process Gill actually was excited and you could tell he genuinely loved his job and genuinely cared about us. He is not the kind of sales guy that looks at you and only sees dollar signs if that makes sense. Overall excellent job and i will be back to purchase again from this dealership. More

purchased a 2013 equinox.... when talking about final purchase price i complained about the addons such as window tint which they charge TOO MUCH for and this thing called ZAKTEK paint protectant, now ob purchase price i complained about the addons such as window tint which they charge TOO MUCH for and this thing called ZAKTEK paint protectant, now obviously theres nothing i can do if both have been applied to the car, so i had to give in and pay for them... patheticly i purchased the 2 year warranty for zaktek as well because i was under the impression the car already had it applied so i might as well. well i later decided i didnt want the warranty and they refused to refund it and said it cant, even though i know of a couple cases where dealerships have refunded it before. well i received a email from midway saying its time to come in for zaktek to be applied... its only done every 6 months and i purchased the car 2 weeks ago so its impossible i would need to have it done, so i call in and get told by 2 people working there that it had not been applied and that it was a fluke and that 99% of the cars get it applied before being sold... so i have tryed over 5 times, 4 the times leaving messages to speak to a manager to get my money back since i was lied to, they charged me at least 350 for the first coat and 500 for the warranty. so i want the warranty refunded since i was under a false impression that it was already applied, and i want my dang money back that i was charged for first coat! I finally spoke to a finance manager and he said he would call me back 20 minutes later with a resolution and he NEVER DID, so this is 5th time i have been blown off since they think they have their money, worst dealership ever, once they get your money they dont care about you and ignore your concerns and LIE ABOUT THEIR CARS JUST TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK!
