We take allegations of this nature very seriously. To clarify, it is not possible to physically alter a cash receipt in our system. Additionally, the customer’s deposit was refunded in the form of a check, which provides a verifiable record that funds were returned properly. At no time was this vehicle represented as “flooded,” and we would welcome any proof to support that claim. Regarding tax fraud, we have documentation that the paystubs provided were not valid, which was confirmed directly by the company in question. Our team does not and would never engage in falsifying records, identity theft, or physical aggression toward a customer. We value transparency and integrity in every transaction, and we are happy to review this matter further with you directly. We’ve already spoken with Isaiah about this issue and still have no resolution. It’s extremely frustrating that only 35 days into our lease we’re dealing with a problem on a brand new $70K truck. What makes it worse is being told by management that nothing can be done to fix it since we are out of state now. That’s unacceptable and not at all what we expected when making such a major purchase.
