Communication seems to be a problem for this dealership. It is also the first dealership where I have ever made a new car purchase (I have purchased several) where I had to drive my new vehicle to the gas It is also the first dealership where I have ever made a new car purchase (I have purchased several) where I had to drive my new vehicle to the gas station to meet one of their employees to get my first full tank of gas. I purchased a new truck and was owed a spray in bed liner. I had a brief phone call from the salesmen who said my appointment was set for the following Monday. However, I didn't receive appointment notification and was uncertain of the time. I text my salesmen multiple times and received no response. I took the day off and showed up at the service department when they opened at 7am. Not only did they not even have me on the books for that day. The team that does the bed liners didn't start until 8am. I was also not offered the loaner that my sales guy said I would get and had to sit around for 4 hours. Turns out that my sales guy didn't work there anymore which is why nothing was communicated. I was also told the day that I traded 2 of my cars in to purchase the new truck, that one of the first things they do is a factory reset on the trade in's to wipe all personal info prior to selling the car to another. 2 weeks later this had not happened, so I stopped by the dealership as I could see that one of the 2 cars was on their used car lot, and the other was still parked on the new car side. I was again assured that the factory resets would be done prior to the sale of either vehicle. A couple days later I did receive notification that one of the vehicles had been reset. So, I texted the new Sales guy that they set me up with since my original guy didn't work there anymore. Not only has the new contact not responded after multiple texts again, now the second car is parked at a residence out in Chandler, still containing my personal info. After looking into reviews across several platforms regarding Midway Chevrolet, it seems that communication has been an issue with this dealership for some time. If communication and your personal time is important to you, I would seriously consider a Chevrolet dealer other than Midway Chevrolet. More

First I called an hour before arriving saying we will be making a deal. I mentioned I am having back issues and need to be quick. When I showed up to see the car it was dirty with rain spots all over, the inside was dirty, a tire was at 23lbs. I started to walk away then, but I stayed. Then explained in need to make this fast and quick figuring I am paying cash. Well after 2 and 45 minutes I could finally leave. I think I may be used to superior service because I typically buy BMW, Lincoln’s etc. The last two cars I purchased (Lincoln and BMW I didn’t even have to go to the lot for Lincoln and the BMW I was in and out in and hour and 15 minutes. Now that’s quality service. I honestly told the finance guy I think you guys do that on purpose, I am not sure why, but I can’t think of another reason. Anyway, I would say be that dealer that gives high end service like Lincoln and BMW and be better than a typical dealer. More
