Signed for a 2008 Chevy Silverado with Sullivan. Was promised that all the minor things on the truck that are broke will be fixed after signing. ON THE HOUSE. took the truck in the next day at 12:30 Was promised that all the minor things on the truck that are broke will be fixed after signing. ON THE HOUSE. took the truck in the next day at 12:30 as instructed. They could not fit me in so I was pushed to the next day at 7am. They had the truc for a full day and even over night. They fixed NOTHING. I noticed they don’t check on a single item I mentioned by connecting my scan tool to see that the last time the truck was OBDII scanned was by ME with MY snap on scanner before taking it in. After all of this..they made me sign a NEW loa of 48 months at 14.99%. They increased my bill by $100 dollars a month and THEN are now saying I need to give them a $1000 Dow payment. So I did agree because I felt extremely upset and was almost late to work because of this. Very unfortunate, thought I got a good deal the yesterday they screwed mover for sure. Truck has a bad power steering leak that is still present. Driver seat switch and motor is BROKEN. TPMS left side rear is on. Door switches are sticking. AND THEY TOOK MY SECOND KEY ANDIT HASNOT BEEN REPLACED. They do not care. Hope I get a call from a higher up at this dealership tha can make this right. Went from signing a 10% rate to a 14% the they didn’t pull through on a promise. They pulled the wool over my eyes on this one. Very shady. Ben Thrasher More
