The worst Went to Midway over memorial day weekend. They did the classic bait and switch. The truck I wanted was advertised on their website as available, but Went to Midway over memorial day weekend. They did the classic bait and switch. The truck I wanted was advertised on their website as available, but when I got to the dealership, the sales manager said the truck just sold. Then they showed me a similar truck but it was $16,000 more. Their advertisement for trade in junker vehicles is/was $3500. Adding insult to injury, They offered me $1000 for my running and in good condition ford truck trade in. But it gets worse. I have a GM friends family discount thanks to an employee of GM not midway chevy and they all but ignored it. They wanted to put me in a 6.9% finance rate when ford is offering 0% for 72 months. Then the back and forth haggling and the “let me ask my manager” run around closed the door on the transaction. I stated to the dealership manager and sales agent that there are 14 other chevy dealerships in the metropolitan area and that I would go elsewhere. They didn't offer to do a dealership swap trade with another chevy dealership to get me in the truck I wanted. All in all, it was a huge waste of two to three hours. Buy elsewhere! I am posting this on google , Facebook , twitter and other social media sites and will send the same to chevy corporate as well as the midway dealership. Bad experience here. Avoid them like the plague. Try Carmax or even Dodge. Midway is giving all of the chevy dealerships a bad reputation and everyone in my social network is advised to buy elsewhere.
