They got her in the that budget and gave a great interest rate for her not having any credit. We worked with Alan Gomez as the salesman and the financial manager helped that worked with us was Kelly Dutton. She Explained all the information to us in a way that was understandable for my daughter and recommended things that I know to be great investments when buying a car. She also told us things that we really didn't needs. So after seeing how well they worked with my daughter I said lets see if I can trade in my 2010 Nissan cube for a new car. It was unbelievable. Kelly got me the best interest rate that I could imagine as I am rebuilding my credit. From 2 years ago when I bought the cube verses this time my interest rate dropped 14%. That is so cool. If you need a car just go in and tell them your criteria and they will work with you and do the best to get you the deal. More
I just got a hot camero! Kelly Dutton in financial dept. was awesome! She really worked hard for us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. The reason I gav Kelly Dutton in financial dept. was awesome! She really worked hard for us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it did take a long time to make the purchase final. Our salesman Milton was pretty cool too. More

Lack of integrity at this dealership To start, I'm currently active duty (9+ years) in the United States Army, so working through difficult situations and dealing with BS is something I'v To start, I'm currently active duty (9+ years) in the United States Army, so working through difficult situations and dealing with BS is something I've become very accustomed to, but the unbelievable lack of integrity I've experienced in these last few days at midway Chevrolet have left me at a complete loss of words and spirit, and this is after I had a great buying expierence from them a few years ago. Approximately one week ago, I stopped by Midway Chevrolet to get a quote to buy back my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado. The quote price, on paper, was $24,000. The salesman that handed me the quote was named Bernard. At the time, I couldn't part with the truck because I hadn't bought my replacement vehicle (a 2002 corolla, I'm consolidating bills to support a new family). Once I bought the car, I returned to midway Chevrolet this last Saturday, the 13th of June, to sell the truck back for the agreed upon $24,000. I spoke with a different salesman, Bernard was not there. This salesman took, saw, and acknowledged the $24,000 quote carbon copy. Unfortunately, there was no one at the store ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON to process this for me (red flag 1). I was told to come back Monday. I DID NOT get my written quote back from the salesman(red flag 2) after he came back down from talking to a manager/financial person. The fact that my quote slip was taken and not given back can be confirmed by the person I was there with (my ride home), as he thought it was weird. I didn't mind because I thought this place had integrity and would honor the agreement, and that a quote can't really change much over the span of a week. Fast forward to Monday, and I bring the truck in again, with no written quote, only to be told that because I didn't have that carbon copy, the most the could offer me was $22,000. THATS A $2000 DIFFERENCE!!! That $2000 is the difference between me making out ahead less than $1000 and having to OWE OVER $1000 still! Obviously this was unacceptable. The salesman kept stating that I need to produce the original paper quote, which I obviously couldn't do. I couldn't understand why it matters what was written sloppily on a carbon copy when ALL 3 OF US remember the original $24,000 quote!! After I couldn't get anywhere with this salesman, THE SAME ONE WHO PHYSICALLY SAW AND TOOK THE QUOTE FROM ME ON SATURDAY, I decided to go home, cool off, and call Bernard, the salesman who I originally got the quote from. I scheduled an appointment to come to the dealership today, Tuesday the 16th of June, to talk with Bernard about honoring the original quote. Both Bernard and the other salesman come back from the back office saying that $22,000 was the highest the could go. Even AFTER BOTH ACKNOWLEDGED SEEING AND REMEMBERING THE ORIGINAL $24,000 QUOTE!!! Bernard went back and was able to reluctantly get it up to $22,500, which is still obviously a long ways from the original $24,000 quote. The fact that BOTH salesmen remember me and the $24,000 quote, the fact that I never got the carbon copy back on Saturday, and the constant reiteration that if I could produce the carbon copy then that would help show me a lack of integrity at multiple levels of this establishment, and is completely unacceptable. I've been seriving over 9 years in the United States Army, and I can't recall ever seeing such a blatant lack of integrity and honesty. If both salesmen remember the original $24,000 quote, why can't that be honored? Why can't we make a deal at the agreed price? Why do I feel I've just been railroaded and am sick to my stomach with nervousness and uneasiness about the future of my family over this? How is this an acceptable business practice? I've posted this exact complaint on the BBB page for Arizona a week ago and so far have heard nothing. I'd like to assume it's because maybe someone missed it. Please email me at Jared.m.grovesATgmailDOTcom, I really would like to get this resolved. - Jared G More
WORST Dealership Ever! DO NOT Buy a car here! DO NOT buy a car from here! READ every detail, and ASK about every charge because they WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!! The sales people, all nice and they go DO NOT buy a car from here! READ every detail, and ASK about every charge because they WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!! The sales people, all nice and they go out of their way to make you stay! But once you hit the Finance department, Well thats a whole other story! Kelly Dutton WILL LIE to you, and her boss Joe Koenig, is the WORST. A month ago I purchased a used car from Midway, and since then it has been down hill from there. Three days after I purchased the car I was going trough my contract and started noticing inconsistencies. I went that same day to the dearlership. My car was priced at $17,998 and in filling out paperwork they raised to $21,670. it was a whole day process that by the end you just want to sign and leave. They throw in all these extra things and try to make it seem like its all one package but they dont tell you how much your really paying for everything. They throw in this Zaktek which the contract says its optional, they tell you it isnt, this "ALARM" for $925.00 which nobody said anything about until I get a phone call from some guy trying to make an appointment to install, the Car Club Membership for $985.00 the Mechanical Warranty for $3,070.00, the GAP insurance which she said if I didnt get it the bank would lower my interest rate. She also didnt explain why I would be paying for 75 months on this car which in the end totals amount she financed me for is $30,000. When we went to complain and try to return the car I was told that the contract was not cancellable. She gave me the run around, and when asked to speak to a higher up I was directed to Joe Koenig. Joe Koenig is THE WORST! The way he runs this financial department they are completly scamming people, he enables people like Kelly Dutton to just rip people off! When he finally came around to acknowledging my presence, which took over an hour, he was rude. And they way he directs himself towards you is just telling you whatever he wants to try to get you to leave or get you off his back. When I explained everything that was wrong he told me he would pull my file from accounting to see all the numbers that where drawn up the day of the purchase to try to see what had happened but that wouldnt be done till the next day and I should come back then. He agreed to meet me the next day at 5pm, well when I showed up he walked out of his office, walked right by me and completly ignored the fact that I was there. He had his people tell me that he was on his way to an "Emergency Corporate Meeting" well my father caught him outside, and when he confroted him Joe simply said he was on his way to the bank and would be right back. I never saw my file like promised, was told I needed to wait till the bank had my paperwork before they could do anything to cancel and return the money for all the extra stuff they added. I never saw "my file" like Joe had said, never met with him that day or any day after. I filed a review on Yelp the following day and received a reply from Cassie B. from Midway, asking me to contact David Foringer from Customer Service to speak with him and see if they could work a resolution, when I called he wasnt in his office, I left my name and phone number, even my email address and never got a response. Today 6/10/15 was round three. I met with Vincent Bruno who took care of cancelling the Car Club, the Mechanical Warranty, and the GAP insurance, but the "Alarm" they said cannot be cancelled, he went and asked Joe and the answer he got was the dealer doesnt have control over that and they cant cancel it. I didnt ask for this and It has not been installed, I want to cancel this but I am given the run around and I am still being charged for this. When I asked then what could I do I was given the number for Steve who takes care of the Alarm and he told me the dealership is the one who pays him so if I need to cancel it then they are the ones to refund me, or the bank in this case. Steve said he would call JOE and talk to him. I waited for Joe to come and talk with me, and AGAIN he walks out of his office right infront of me and completly ignores me, doesnt even acknowledge my presence, doesnt say he talk to Steve or anything. I sat there waiting for him to come back but that never happened. Finally another financial person Abe asked if I was being helped, I told him what was going on, and he went to look for JOe. After a while Abe came back said that they couldnt cancel this alarm and that he was sorry. At this point I then asked to speak to Dave Foringer again. Abe went to go look for him. When ABe came back he told me that Dave and Joe where in a meeting together and when he told Dave that I was asking for him Joe simply spoke and said to copy my paperwork and that he would take care of the Alarm and would call me in 24 hours. The clock has started. Im writing this so people will know how they will be treated because if even the "BOSS" can be a jerk that no wonder the rest of his people act the same way. More
Worst dealership ever Worst car buying experience ever. I went to trade in two vehicles and buy 3. I left with two with the understanding everything is good to go just wait Worst car buying experience ever. I went to trade in two vehicles and buy 3. I left with two with the understanding everything is good to go just waiting on truck to arrive. Called a week later and was told loan had not been approved. I said I was told by finance everything was good. They transferred me and said that loan was approved but truck was held up in customs. Called 2 days later for update and was told truck was in Michigan. Called back 2 days later and was told loan hadn't been approved yet. I told sales manager I was bringing the other two cars back because I told them all or nothing. He called back and said its approved and just waiting on truck to be delivered but that General motors did not give dealer dates on delievery. Called GM and they said that is not true and they have no record of a truck being ordered. Another sign I should have ran away was when signing on other 2 cars. The finance person tried selling extended warranty I said no thank you. He kept on and would not take no for an answer. I had to yell and say I'm leaving just for him to say ok I'll have to redo paperwork because he had already added it into the contract. My wife has called repeatedly to ask about the truck and nobody will return her call. GM complaint department tried calling while I was on the phone with them and they wouldn't answer then. Sold me a ticking time bomb I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD pick up from them. First of all let me say this is a great vehicle. Now The reason I am writing this I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD pick up from them. First of all let me say this is a great vehicle. Now The reason I am writing this review. After driving the vehicle for a little while it seemed to shimmy and shake on the freeway. I've been took it to a trusted discount tire store and was told that the tires that were on the vehicle were extremely underrated for three-quarter ton truck. I had discount tire replaced the tires and then went back to midway and explain the problem. First I asked for the manager whom they said was on vacation. Then I talk to a sales Manager whom couldn't care one Way or the other and then try to pass the buck onto another Internet sales manager whom gave me the runaround that I expected when I walked in. Seems to me once they have your money they don't give a rats xxx if you have problems or not. I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again. Any stars associated with this preview or because they won't let you give them -5 More
