Everything was great - except after a 3 hr drive to get there, we were forced to wait over 2 hours to pay cash. That wait time was unacceptable. I had emailed all required documents so they could have all there, we were forced to wait over 2 hours to pay cash. That wait time was unacceptable. I had emailed all required documents so they could have all of the paperwork completed by the time we arrived. Car was ready to go, paperwork was fairly ready to go, but whomever had to take our cash was not...... ( +and they knew exactly the time we were arriving.) ++ Also still waiting on 1 key for the car that was purchased. ((Hope it is not the same person getting our key, that was suppose to take our cash!!!)) More
