The gentleman at Midway Motors in McPherson were professional and courteous throughout the entire purchasing process. This was the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Midway motors. Unfortunately the first one turned out to have issues that could not be fixed (not the dealerships fault). The service department was great a motors. Unfortunately the first one turned out to have issues that could not be fixed (not the dealerships fault). The service department was great and had great communication throughout the process of trying to diagnose and fix the first vehicle. Omar, our salesman, was quick to reach out to see what he could do to make this right. The sales manager, Tim Roets, was great so we could come to an agreement that we both thought was fair. The finance department, John Warren and Austin Haase, were also great in ensuring we were comfortable with the new car numbers. Overall, just a great experience and they will continue to earn my family's business!! More
