My experience so far is only with the sales process, not repairs or maintenance. I set out to buy a truck from a dealer from whom I have purchased my last 4 vehicles. I explained what I was looking for and was told they would look for a vehicle and call me. A month later they e-mailed me a spam message requesting I contribute to a charity event they were sponsoring. The only response I received from them. I tried the local dealer closest to where I live. I explained what I was looking for and they told me they had that exact vehicle and made me a quote. It was one on their lot and was the wrong color, wrong size and wrong engine and had a completely different list of options than I was looking for. I repeated what I was looking for and they had a different one that was just what I needed. Wrong color, wrong size, wrong options, etc. I told them I wasn't interested unless they could find what I was actually looking for. They said they would find one and call me. Never heard another word from them. I tried www.autotrader.com and Midway Ford responded to my request. Mike listened to what I was looking for and said he would try to find one. He worked diligently and found one, but it was sold out from under us. He found some more that were close and explained the particular options that were causing him difficulty in finding the exact option list. They weren't deal killers and by giving up 1 desired option, Mike was able to find a vehicle quickly. Knowing I was pressed for time and leaving on a long trip in a week, Mike flew someone to the truck who drove it back to Midway and it was ready four days before I was leaving. Mandi was very helpful in coordinating events and relaying information back and forth for Mike and me. Wayne did a very thorough and professional job of explaining all the financing and warranty alternatives, allowed me to choose without undo pressure and processed all the paperwork in record time. Mike went over the vehicle thoroughly with me and explained all the new features and functions. The dealership was neat and clean. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I was quite surprised to find a dealership this large in such a small rural town. It became apparent that the owners have a good handle on growing a successful business. Midway clearly wanted my business and the employees worked hard to meet my needs. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and hope Midway is also. More

Did not pressure me or pester me with phone calls about buying a car. He kept me informed of new vehicles they got on the lot that I might be interested in. When buying a car new or used it's always a stressful experiance. Mark McDaniel made that hassle free. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and all my shopping was done over the phone. All information that was given over the phone was correct and never was misleading. He was willing to help and actually provide true customer service. While dealing with other salesman, from a different company, all they want to do is just get you in and try to butter you up. Mark listened to what I want told him what I was expecting and I drove a 2007 chevy off their lot. I showed up, took it for a test drive and paper work was ready for me to sign. I am very happy with the service. Everyone I have talked to did a great job. On the little survey up there to rate your dealer.. I don't think 5 is a good number cause I would give Mark McDaniel and Midway Motors a 10 anyday. Thanks guys. Jeff More

Truly outstanding service. Buying a car is typically an adversarial experience, but this was not the case with Midway Motors. I live about 200 miles away from the dealership, they sent someone to pick me u adversarial experience, but this was not the case with Midway Motors. Although I did purchase the car, should I have chosen not to, it would have been another free ride back home. You just don't find this kind of customer service any more...tack the very reasonable price on top and there's just no reason to keep buying cars from dealerships with high pressure tactics or gimmics to get you to purchase a car for more than you should pay. Take it from someone who hates dealing with dealerships, give them a call. More

chad mad us feel at home and answered our questions. I didnt feel pressured at all witch I liked alot. We had been watching online for a few months for the vehicle we wanted. We found it at their Hutchinson dealership. All it took was a phone call to Neil and within an hour they had it there.
