Each step of the process came together so flawlessly - it was clear that our unplanned visit to Midway Motors was meant to be. We gave a description of what we were looking for and we were kindly directed to the truck that my husband had always wanted. We didn't need to test drive any other vehicle. The truck was in GREAT shape and we were given a very generous trade-in value on our disabled car. The 'paper work' portion of the deal was a breeze and, by the time we pulled off the lot, we were in our 'dream truck', feeling very blessed by the new friends we had made, and overwhelmed by how such a difficult day had been turned 180 degrees by our experience at Midway Motors. Dutch Ediger made sure that we found the vehicle that we wanted and when we decided to order a 2011 Edge SEL he kept us updated on the delivery time. When our Edge arrived Dutch made sure that the right people were available to aquaint us with the Edge. When we scheduled the Finishing Touch Package Dutch loaned us his vehicle and then delivered our Edge when it was finished. Even the finance person made that process feel painless. It helped to know that we were getting a competitive deal on our Edge. My expeirence with Nate was great from the first time he called my back about the venture van I purchased.
