Excellent customer service from Nathan M. I dropped my SUV in the morning and it was done at the promised time. He also arranged the shuttle for me to go home and backed for from Nathan M. Job well done on alignment, fuel injection clean, tire rotation, oil change & car wash. As far as detailing done inside the vehicle, I gave an average due to not meeting my expectations. Thank you for not charging me full price for it though.I will still bring it back for routine maintenance. More

Also, usually meeting with the finance manager is my least favorite part of the car buying experience. I just power through and say "No" to almost every warranty. However, this time, with the way the warranties were presented and prices bundled, along with a lower interest rate, I was much more receptive to what the finance manager had to offer. . More

But the problems I brought my KIA in for are still not corrected. Automatic Gearshift sometimes kicking into the next gear. And the cruse control not always setting. More

Brought the car in and was told there was nothing they can do because they can't duplicate the problem. A quick qoogle search clearly defines the problems in Optimas between 2011-2014. Nobody is willing to help resolve the issue. Never buying a Kia or coming here again! More
