Excellent, no surprises Shawn met us as soon as we pulled inside the garage. He was very knowledgeable, cooperative, and efficient. We made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, then added on a request to apply diamond fusion per our warranty at the last minute. Everything was taken care of without a problem. Excellent experience!!! Even the snacks and drinks were an added benefit that no other dealership provides free. Thank you. More

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was there was no nav I purchased a 2018 Kia Sorento, Was very pleased with the Saleman Daylan Martinez and Brad. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was there was no navigation and I had to use my cell phone to get to that. I feel a new car should come equipped (my 2014 Sorento had one and its 4 years older). It had heated seats and not air seats, again that should be part of a new car. The service was great. In a few years I will be purchasing another Kia. More
False Warranty Contract I recently had to use KIA's warranty for repairs on my daughters engine. Here is how it went. My daughter was driving her new car when she bought it I recently had to use KIA's warranty for repairs on my daughters engine. Here is how it went. My daughter was driving her new car when she bought it down the high way and a rod went through the oil pan. The engine had around 49000 miles on it. We had the car towed to Mid West KIA of Wichita.First thing we had to do was prove that we had changed the oil like required for warranty since they did not do the oil changes. Fair enough took us about a week. Then we asked for a loaner until her car was fixed but was not given one. Instead we were givin a bullcrap respose of well if we give you one now you can only have it for a week but if you wait till we find out when motor is ready than you can have it till the car is fixed. Well we decided we better wait. They said about a week. Week 5 we are on now and still no word on the motor. We did find out it was a flaw for this motor that caused problem from kia tech and so many have went bad that they have no idea when motor will be ready but she still cannot have a loaner till they have the motor ordered. There warranties of loaner car if something goes wrong with your car you bought new from them is false. They do not want to give a loaner car for more than a week basically or they will stall and lie to you about why they cant give you one. Try and talk someone important and you dont get past the head service tech. Im pissed because i just bought a new kia and the sales man used the same loaner car warranty in her pitch that if your new car should have to go in the shop because of a breakdown you would be given a loaner car till its fixed. BOLD FACED LIE my daughter's car is 5 weeks still in shop and still no loaner car has been given to her, just excuses as to why they cant give her one. This is Mid West Kia of Wichita, Ks. More
Recall Service I was greeted very warmly and promptly. The service rep already knew what recall I was bringing my car in for. I was satisfied with the time it took to check the item of concern Luckily my vehicle was fine and didn't need to repair. My only disappointment was when the service was complete I was told they were washing my car and it would be around soon. But they didn't wash my car. Someone wiped my windshield with a dirty rag and I went home with a dirty car and windshield that I thought would be clean. More
Oil change Was in for a scheduled oil change. They offered to replace the air filters and rotate the tires. Passed on the filter replacement and went with the Was in for a scheduled oil change. They offered to replace the air filters and rotate the tires. Passed on the filter replacement and went with the rotation. Wasn't pushy on the filters. Whole time took about an hour. Explained everything they checked to me. Only reason it wasn't 5 out of 5 starts was that while the car was washed afterwards, it didn't get vacuumed out. It has been washed and vacuumed before several times. I didn't mention anything to them when I got in the car as I figured they just didn't vacuum the car. After leaving I was contacted by customer service and was told that it should have been vacuumed. It's a minor detail and I wasn't too upset. I'll continue to get service done there. More

Awesome and friendly customer service!! Came in late on a Monday night and met with Micha in sales. Him and Adam from finance helped us purchase a used soul that we are loving. Tire pressure Came in late on a Monday night and met with Micha in sales. Him and Adam from finance helped us purchase a used soul that we are loving. Tire pressure light came on a couple days later. Brought the car in and was quickly helped and the issue was taken care of by Sean in service and Micha checked in with us too. Kids loved free snacks and drinks and watching cartoons on the big tv in the lounge! Thank you Midwest Kia!! We felt very welcome! More
