Brought a used 2011 Kia Soul from Midwest Kia and I am really happy about the car and customer service provided. I'm still waiting for my 2013 Optima to come in. It was suppose to be here last week sometime which I totally understand is not the fault of the dealer. They are in the middle of a transition and I know that's probably causing them to have a few problems, but I'm sure once they get up and going the service will be great. I live about 250 miles from Wichita, so they will deliver it to me when it comes in, until then I guess there's not much I can say about the car, but I'm sure I will love it!! More
