I called first and talked with Roberto who was pleasant and very informative, that same day I went in and met with Roberto and purchased my vechicle. After looking at what he thought was my best fit, I choose a 2008 Impala, not only was it a great choice but it exceeded my expectations. It was right where I wanted to spend monthly and the car was perfect. He informed me of many features that my car had and also talked about features that I could purchase then or in the future. Never having a car with on star, he had alot of explaining to do, he was patient and had all the answers, he also talked about an extended warranty that would be available that I purchased also.
