I was disappointed that could put my name on the car since it was my graduation present my mother bought for me but I don't care I love the car and my mother likes the car. we are for now on going to mike anderson to buy all our cars and when my son grows up I will buy him a car from mike anderson, we are both very happy and we were treated very well we are not use to people treating us well. They took care of the rental car return and sent me home in the Equinox I intended to buy that evening. Derrick also arranged to pick up my trade-in from my apartment while I was at work so that I didn't have to take any additional time off work. When discussing extended warranties, he estimated how much I drive per year (including vacations and trips back home) and worked out a warranty that best fit my circumstances. There was no pressure to upgrade or add features that would push or top my budget. When I'd be waiting in Derrick's cubicle and other staff members would see me, they'd say hi and make sure that I was being helped. Overall I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Derrick and the rest of the Mike Anderson Chevy staff. After the sale, Derrick has continued to follow up and make sure that the accessories and extra packages were all installed. I would recommend Mike Anderson Chevrolet without any reservations. More
