I have been trying to contact them again, but every time I call, it goes straight to an answering machine — no response, no follow-up, and no consideration for my complaint at all. It’s very clear that no one cares to help or even respond.

Because of these excessive hard inquiries, I am now facing serious difficulties getting approved for any new credit cards. Several banks have told me that Mike Calvert Toyota placed an unusually high number of hard inquiries on my report, all on the same day — something completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
