Service and inspection were completed within 2 hours, which I thought was reasonable. I asked a service rep how their Monday had been, and was told it was extremely busy. My advice is to have your car serviced on any weekday except Monday. More

I’m always impressed with the friendly, professional people working there. No matter how busy they are they take the time needed to make me feel like a valued customer. They always do excellent work at a fair price with no surprises. I bought my truck in Louisiana before moving here so I thought they might treat me like a step child since I didn’t buy it from them. That hasn’t been the case at all. All businesses should take note of how these folks operate and try to copy it. More
