He asked what was my offer and I told him exactly what i was looking for and without h I placed an inquiry online and was immediately texted by Brian. He asked what was my offer and I told him exactly what i was looking for and without hesitation made me a deal. He answered all my questions and sent me all docs I asked for over text and email. Told him a day and time when I would be in to see the car and he had it waiting for me and since we had already done the deal by text I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Returning to Toyota I was referred to Zeb as I was wanting to test drove a Highlander. It was for the most part a good experience.
