Go to Mike Calvert Toyota and ask for Douglas! I encountered a situation where I needed a car urgently due to unforeseen circumstances. I spoke with Douglas that same day and he listened to my co I encountered a situation where I needed a car urgently due to unforeseen circumstances. I couldn't go to the dealership until after work so he calmly walked me through my options before sending me the link to get the process started. When I arrived at the dealership he already had the car pulled up to test drive. The process was very streamlined and Douglas was amazing. I try to avoid dealerships and salespeople in general but the level of customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. I was able to get a car that I'm so happy with, he even listened when I complained about car notes and got me a very low payment.
