Although there are some unforeseen circumstances that prolonged the ETA of the vehicle, she still managed to go above and beyond and update me whenever I ask her queries about the vehicle. THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS! !!! The service department is as disgusting as their leadership, Mike Gorbet, AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MGR - Jim Love. My elderly Mother brought her !!! The service department is as disgusting as their leadership, Mike Gorbet, AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MGR - Jim Love. My elderly Mother brought her car in for service, they charged her 2K for brake pads and spark plugs, and THEN they broke her key fob and charged her $300. When she left this xxxx-poor dealership, all of the check engine lights were on and her car was vibrating like it was about to stall. She's taken it BACK to them, and now they want an additional $1500 for ignition coils. Ross said they're giving her a "good" deal at $310 for ONE engine coil, and they cost $83 on THEIR Toyota website. THE NERVE.... THIS PLACE IS GROSS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SLIMY, RUN FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I'M BEYOND DISGUSTED!!!! More
