Just on a note, I have bought from Fred Hass on my last 4 Toyotas and this is the first time a different dealer has got my business. Thanks again Zack, Angel, and Mike Calvert Toyota. More

There are refreshments.. I go for all my oil changes. More

There are several reasons why I am rating this Toyota Dealership so low, and will personally never recommend this dealership to anyone, or will visit this dealership myself again. This dealership has mad Dealership so low, and will personally never recommend this dealership to anyone, or will visit this dealership myself again. This dealership has made my very first car-buying experience the most upsetting one with their lack of accountability and communication. Received very poor customer service. I visited Mike Calvert for the first time Back in the last weeks of February 2023. The first time, Mr. Trung quoted me a Toyota Rav4 with accessories at a price. I was asked to book the car and told the car would be here in about two weeks when I said I will be back. I even asked Trung what I will be required to book, he said only $500 down and my ID. The second time I come, the car I was quoted is no longer available. Then, I am presented with another RAV4, the same price, but the number of accessories is significantly lower. So, I ask why would a car with less amount of accessories (at a lower price) be at the same price. They would not answer me straight, and to pressure me, they keep asking me to run my credit. The manager available would not speak with us for long to answer my questions or tell me why I am getting pressured to run my credit when I was not told I must in order to book. Among all this, the Trung vanishes. We expected Trung to come back and provide some explanation, or his manager but instead was told to come with Ms. Brittany F. to her office. I tell Brittney what has been happening and she comes back with the explanation: I was quoted the wrong price. It is their management’s fault. In any business, if a customer is quoted, they honor that quote, regardless of the mistake. I tell her, either I will book the car I was originally quoted or she will reduce the price of the new car I am told to book. Now, the original car becomes available again! I am told to run my credit again. I ask for an accurate date, but the dealership will not promise. When I refuse to run my credit, I am told to put in a $5000 payment for the booking. Ten times what I was asked. I offer them $2000, and they finally agree. Lack of accountability from management and sales team. The dealership, do not and will not reach out to you. Buyer beware! I was given a March 15th, 2023 date. I had to always reach them for updates. The dates keep getting pushed. Brittany does not know when the car will be in transit. I ask who will know. A manager, likely. I called the managers, but no one returns my call. I was once even promised by Ms. Brittany. I waited and called the managers myself, but no manager picks up. This ordeal happens for three months. I had to physically go to their dealership to speak with a manager who dismissed their poor communication skills. Lastly, the car comes on Friday 12th May. I ask for a sales order and am told I will be provided one at 10 am Saturday 13th morning. They provide me with one past 12 pm on the 13th, making it impossible to check rates with banks. So, I ask want to reschedule for Tuesday. After making me wait 3 months, Ms. Brittany has the audacity to demand that I be there on Monday. I take off from work so I don’t have to deal with them further. On Monday 15th, Ms. Brittany starts the process but leaves halfway. She also dismissed any concern about this sudden come-by Monday or else attitude. Trung finishes the process and gives me one (of two) wrong keys to come home with. Ms. Brittany calls to ask me to come back for the correct key. I gently tell her I am home, and I am tired. Later Mr. Trung brings me my correct key. So, would I ever visit this dealership? No. Would I recommend them to anyone? Not even my enemy. The lack of accountability from their team made me the most upset. Buying the first car should have been a happy moment, but it was not, and that is this dealership's fault. Their entire team needs a few lessons in sales and customer service. More
