My experience was nice a super easy Armando Moreno jr, he is your guy, he give a lot of discount on the car the only thing was wait for the car but nothing new nowadays but was jus one week the car came befo is your guy, he give a lot of discount on the car the only thing was wait for the car but nothing new nowadays but was jus one week the car came before that was expected even the manager Yao came to talk to me never was force to sing nothing, finally when the car came the VIP EXPERIENCE was nice spotless. I highly recommends this dealer and Ernesto. I bought 4 Toyota’s in last 15 years from another dealership. This was my first experience with Mike Calvert. Unfortunately, not a good one, because they didn't deliver the same car which I booked dealership. This was my first experience with Mike Calvert. Unfortunately, not a good one, because they didn't deliver the same car which I booked with a deposit of $500. They gave me the option of getting another car, but unwantedly I did, because I need a car in this week. Jim Love got involved in dealing with the situation and gave me a few other options. He was very helpful and professional. I regret that I didn't contacted him from the beginning. In the future, if I or anyone in my family or friends wants to get get a car from MC Toyota I will contact Jim Love. He made a good professional relationship with me. More

Terrible service when you call? You are never connected to a service person. I was promised a call back 15 to 20 minutes or an hour ago. My company purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition for my business use. The sales rep. was young, courteous, and tried to help us with the buying process. The experience went downhill from there. The sales manager was not prepared, we had to return to sign new paperwork. While reviewing the documents we noticed a 3,000 add on for guidepoint tracking. We told them at we did not need it and were told it was not an option. It was installed on all vehicles and could not be removed. We got up to walk out and the manager said he would take it off. We were treated as third rate citizens from the elevated viewing stands in the middle of the dealership. The person in the "bull pen" was condescending and tried to make us feel as if we had to beg him for help. This was after waiting an hour to sign new documents. Overall, the experience was below par and I would not buy from them again. This dealership seems to work on a 'one and done' approach since there are so many customers in the Houston area. This was the third vehicle I have purchased in the Houston area in 2 years and and the first time I have been treated in this way. More
