Lucas was excellent in answering all of my questions about the truck during the test drive. Lucas got me the best price for the 4Runner and negotiated for me so I didn't have to do anything! Clay Balest also assisted with the trade-in of my old car and got me a little more money for it. Overall the BEST experience I have ever had buying a car. 10/10 RECOMMEND HIGHLY More

Took a Toyota Camry in to them because it was overheating. Mike Calvert was more than happy to repair the car. They charged $1400 and said that it was good to go. Changed thermostat, block test, overheating. Mike Calvert was more than happy to repair the car. They charged $1400 and said that it was good to go. Changed thermostat, block test, fluids, etc. Two days later it overheated again. They said bring the car back and Mike Calvert offered to fix the fan that all of a sudden wasn't coming on for $1800. I asked them how was the fan working when I dropped it off and now is not. They said it was a point of failure issue and it was a separate repair. I am no mechanic, but I got them to agree that the radiator, fans, thermostat, etc. all work together. They believed because they did a block test that the "fans" had to be working. I asked had the car been test drove...... crickets. I called corporate and they got the dealer to offer a 15% discount on a repair that I shouldn't have to absorb. I was going to go further with pressing the issue, but we decided to just get the car repaired somewhere else. You would think this is the end of the story, but two more days after picking the car back up now other problems are mysteriously appearing. Thanks Mike Calvert for charging me to have my car worse off than it was when I had it repaired. More
My experience at this dealership was beyond awful. I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic as a gift for my child. I paid 6400. The car seemed decent when I test drove it. In less than 24 hours the car started leaking oil. I called the dealership they refused to even look at the car. Kept saying there was nothing they could do, they needed to make a profit off the car and nothing was wrong with the car when they sold it to me. They showed no type of empathy or concern just brushed us off like we were bothering them. They knew this car had issues before they sold it to me and patched it up to make a quick sale. I wouldn’t recommend the Devil himself to this dealership. More
