Contacted my sales person, Matthew, and they were able to find the exact options I wanted almost immediately. We handled the swap almost entirely over the phone and came in to sign the new paperwork. There was no swap/return fee and the process was seamless. I worked with Ray initially and then Rick on the paperwork and they both did a great job at explaining the warranty options.
