DO NOT TRUST I purchased a used vehicle that I was assured to have been "Checked Over" by their competent staff, only to learn a week later that the front suspensi I purchased a used vehicle that I was assured to have been "Checked Over" by their competent staff, only to learn a week later that the front suspension control arms needed to be replaced ($700), and the AC Compressor needed to be replaced ($1000). When I asked for support to address these issues I was promptly reminded that the vehicle was sold "AS-IS". No Support was provided. Either the car was not checked, or the staff didn't identify these issues with the car before selling the vehicle. While those 2 issues are bad enough, the lack of support after the problems were identified was the worst. DO NOT TRUST this dealership. More

Buyer Beware if you need service. As some others have noted this place is horrible to get service at. They are quick to sale you a car and get you out the door. But dont let there be a problem with the because getting the vehicle serviced is impossible. We got a "certified" car there and it doesnt seem to be greatly certified according to Hyundai's standards. I have bought CPO before and never had a problem within two weeks of buying it. Nothing worse then getting strung out and having your time wasted. Took the car to the dealership multiple times and it was never ready when they said it would be. They are terrible at calling you back when they say they will. Might as well be calling a call center the way you get pushed in circles around this place. Service is a joke. All i can recommend is that if you do buy a car here. If you need service go to Cochran or another Hyundai dealer. They will treat you right and have your car back on the road quickly. Only took Cochran a day to fix what this dealer couldn't for two weeks. Thanks for nothing. Would not recommend. Buyer beware. More
