Dear Mike January 24th, 2012 Yes, I did speak with Joe on Friday late morning. I really don’t see the point to have your shop look over the truck again for the following reasons: one it has been there seven times. Second, I brought it in Wednesday and had Chase look at it with me (Joe was suppose to be there) he said the oil leak was the oil pump cover, is that the same as the pan? No coolant leak. Brandi then quoted me $399.00 to repair the oil leak. Joe then called me to say there was no coolant leak, yet he was not there and Chase did not look when the vehicle was running. I left the shop disappointed, and yes I did ask to speak with you again while there to no avail (3 or 4th time that I had ask). I took my vehicle to another shop. The other shop had found that that pan was leaking and located the coolant leak. The pan had been done by your service department twice along with the coolant leak. I will provide photos and documentation for you by January 30th/31st for your review and comments. Thanks, Jim.
