I feel I received excellent customer service and worked with Kirk Barbro. All the paperwork, etc. was completed in such a timely manner that I was able to drive my new car home the same evening. Gave me the best deal around after shopping at mutiple dealers in the Cincinnati?Dalyton area. Got me financed when nobody else could. Staff was polite and worked with me in every way possible. I was a little pressed for time and they made it a quick process after reaching a deal. Also, after we had already agreed on payments and during signing the contract, they informed me that they found me an even better rate and payments would actually be $70 dollars cheaper per month then we had agreed upon. My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from Mike Castrucci Ford. We would like to thank our salesman, Kirk Barbro, for all his help! He spent a lot of time and effort answering all of our questions. It was evident that Kirk is very knowledgeable about the Ford product. We were able to drive and talk about the Escape without a salesman being present, which was not the case at other dealerships. Tommy is great to work with. This is the 2nd car we purchased in 2 years. He is friendly & very helpful. He goes out of his way to help you. Everyone was very friendly and overall helpul. However it was quite frustating to not get pricing information in a direct manner to the point we almost walked out.
