Horrible experience Bought a 2016 Ford F-150 in October 2016. Had smoke coming from tailpipe. They had my truck 17 days still not fixed but had more issues when it was returned to me. Sent it in the second time they had it for 30 days got it back and still have the same issue but now it is worse. I have bought two cars from Mike Casstruci MIlford and the truck from the Alexandria store. Due to their service not only will never service my truck there, I will never purchase another vehicle from them. It has been excuse after excuse. They think because I have a courtesy car why should I be complaining. That is always the first response. You have a car right? I am not paying for a courtesy car I am paying for the truck I purchased. I just wanted my truck fixed for the first issue it was brought in for. Absolute worst service department I have ever seen. I hope they enjoy losing loyal customers because this loyal customer will never deal with them again at any level. More

Worst service. Service representatives are rude. I will never buy another Ford again because of the service I received and the fact that it took over a year to get a Service representatives are rude. Worst Ford Dealer in the State This is by far the worst Ford dealer I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have lost my transmission appointment two times now, even thou This is by far the worst Ford dealer I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They have lost my transmission appointment two times now, even though I could tell them the day and time I called to make the appointments and I even call a week before to confirm them and they tell me they are on the books . Their, "transmission mechanics," always seem to be on, "vacation," whenever you call to make an appointment in the upcoming days. My transmission shudders all the time and I feel completely unsafe in my car and I have had it fixed 3 times in a 2 year period. That's not this dealers problem, however, they know the problems and they offer no sympathy when explaining my concerns and they certainly don't have professionalism in the bag because you can hear the mechanics and service people making highly inappropriate jokes to one another. When I go there to get a service done, they have me pull my car into the bay. I have no problem with that, however, when my car is done with service they park it way off the beaten path with a hundred other cars and just point me in the general direction of it. They need to drop the car off where the car was picked up. The only thing this place has going for them, is their nice and professional sales people, if everyone who worked there took a page from the sales persons' book then maybe it would be better off. The 3rd time was my last! My dash came back scratched on the passenger side. My driver rear fender has a chip out of it! Never again will we trust Castrucci with servicing any vehicle! To leave on a positive note the sales of the car was flawless despite my new car depreciated $10k after signing on the purchasing line! More

Hybrid-Electric Letdown I wanted to take a second to pass along some feedback about a visit to the Matt Castrucci Ford Service Center in Alexandria, KY. I own a 2013 C-Max E I wanted to take a second to pass along some feedback about a visit to the Matt Castrucci Ford Service Center in Alexandria, KY. I own a 2013 C-Max Energi purchased from a dealership in Chicago as an off-lease, pre-owned car. The Chicago dealer didn't bother to complete any of the C-Max related recalls while in their possession, so I was forced to schedule a service appointment in order to have 4 safety and/or performance recalls completed on my car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately impressed with the people and the facility! I've owned many BMW's and the BMW Store service experience is my baseline for quality customer care. I had no doubt that my time at Castrucci Ford would be fantastic! The service was completed in a timely fashion, and I received a follow-up call from my service adviser letting me know that my car was done and available for pickup. Upon arriving back to Castrucci that evening, I found my C-Max parked in the "rental car row" at the front of the dealership. I immediately walked around the car to inspect it and found that it had not been washed, something that I guess I take for granted as I assumed all dealerships wash customer cars. Upon checking in with the service folks, I spoke to my adviser to ask about any notes made during my full vehicle inspection, and he shared that they had "only" completed the recalls. This may have been just the way in which he said it, but my interpretation of his tone was that a vehicle inspection had not been completed, and also no paperwork was available showing an inspection. This really bummed me out, because that day was literally the final day of my 3-year warranty. When I scheduled my appointment, I had asked for a full inspection to confirm and verify that I didn't have any torn boots, irregular bushing wear, or anything else unusual that could have been covered by my full warranty. Armed with that disappointment, I headed out to my car where I once again had a disappointing moment. You see, I chose Castrucci of Alexandria for my service, because they are the only Hybrid/Electric certified Ford dealer in Northern Kentucky. I wanted to be sure the "right" people saw my C-Max Energi. Again, I have very high expectations for customer care, but I found my electric car with zero charge which truly shocked me since I know the dealership has a 240-Volt Level 2 charger. Overall, my experience with Castrucci was positive, but with three minor tweaks, it could have been amazing! I may return in the future to service my C-Max, but I also may not. Right now, there simply aren't any incentives for me to return. Suggestion #1: Wash customer cars. Suggestion #2: Inspect customer cars and document the results. Suggestion #3: Charge your customer's Electric Vehicles. More

He accually told me that they have soany right now they wouldn't even have an appointment for my car to be looked at for two month...what...two months. This is not exceptable for a new car and to sell me a car that you know will have transmission problems is bad business. He said it's ok because it's a recall and will be replaced...no it's not ok. I am currently driven a car is not dependable and all I get for this business is sorry but we won't be able to get you a rental till we have your car in for repair in two months....needless to say stuck driving this car scared for two months...really. That's not all...I have to get oil changes at a ford dealer for my warranty and I've been tiring to get in to this dealership for weeks now...they are always too busy for me...once you sign those papers it's over More

Beware! Since buying two brand new cars at this dealer, I've been in for recalls two times. The second time I scheduled an appointment, closed down my business, and dropped off my van for a half day recall. I get a call halfway through the day by Bill Ritchie telling me the car can not be completed in a half day. Long story short... they cost me two days of work, laughed at me for complaining, refused to let me speak with the general manager, and the list goes on and on. These people might as well be criminals for all of the money and time they cost me and my company. Stay Away! More
