I have gone and bought from Mike Castrucci since my old car was misdiagnosed elsewhere and they found the 3 problems with it immediately! I then bought a new car after they actually gave me some money for car was misdiagnosed elsewhere and they found the 3 problems with it immediately! Took my 2020 f150 here for transmission issues. It was still under Ford's power train warranty. They supposedly fixed it. Called a few weeks later to explain that the issue was not fixed. They told me it would be another 4 months before they could look at it again. They did say if I wanted to drop my truck off they could try to squeeze it in but it would be a minimum 3 weeks before they could look at it and I would be without a vehicle until. Ridiculous that they didn't fix it the first time and expected me to just be without a vehicle for weeks or wait another 4 months. More
