I have gone and bought from Mike Castrucci since my old car was misdiagnosed elsewhere and they found the 3 problems with it immediately! I then bought a new car after they actually gave me some money for car was misdiagnosed elsewhere and they found the 3 problems with it immediately! I also know by being loyal no one is going to recommend something I don’t need! Everyone is friendly and the lounge is clean and offers coffee and eats and tv! More

Took my 2020 f150 here for transmission issues. It was still under Ford's power train warranty. They supposedly fixed it. Called a few weeks later to explain that the issue was not fixed. They told me it would be another 4 months before they could look at it again. They did say if I wanted to drop my truck off they could try to squeeze it in but it would be a minimum 3 weeks before they could look at it and I would be without a vehicle until. Ridiculous that they didn't fix it the first time and expected me to just be without a vehicle for weeks or wait another 4 months. More
