I came in for service, with my NV2500 Ice Cream Truck. I was overcharged for the service and charged a Freight fee on an oil change! What a joke! But I figured the next time I come in for service I would show it to them. I would have hoped they would have made an adjustment. I sell to dozens of dealerships so I started to sell to the employees that wanted Ice cream. The next week or two when I came in I was met by a very rude individual asking if I had permission by Mr. Erdman to sell ice cream. I explained no I have never need to ask for permission to sell to any organization nor did any vendor in the 40+ years that I previously worked in that industry. Very rudely I was asked to leave. Needless to say, I would never do business with a company that not only screws you. On top of that wouldn't want to have you do business with them! I don't know who the individual was but I was told to call in to the GM Mike Farrell, I did and left a message but was never called back so I am assuming it was him, that through me out of the dealership parking lot. Sucks because this is the most convenient dealership to me. More

At 1st I had no problem with Nissan n I like my car but the service center I've had multiple issues. This right here tops the cake though, I had my car serviced n they put air in my tire well the next time the service center I've had multiple issues. This right here tops the cake though, I had my car serviced n they put air in my tire well the next time I went to fill my tires up I noticed 1) my caps were gone this has happened multiple times 🤦🏾‍♀️ but then I also noticed in the price of the tire where you fill it up something was broken off in there. Ok fine I call them n let them know they tell me to come in & they'd take care of it. Hmph well they lied cause here I am again back at nissan with the same Problem they told me that they fixed & guess what all my caps were missing again SMH 😔 I'm so disappointed in Nissan I expect the same service as anyone else not Feeling as I've been lied to n my time n gas wasted. I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue for an oil change and had the worst experience again. I asked the Service Advisor Andrew for the price of an oil change and quoted me 70.00. I expressed that Nissan of Melbourne worst experience again. I asked the Service Advisor Andrew for the price of an oil change and quoted me 70.00. I expressed that Nissan of Melbourne was cheaper and so was Walmart. He assured me that they were priced equal. Mike Erdman Nissan does comparative pricing and that is why 70 was reasonable. After the work was completed, I called Nissan of Melbourne and I visited Walmart and realized that he lied. Walmart charges 56.00 out the door and Nissan of Melbourne was 49.99. I encourage you to shop around before you allow this dealership to work on your car. They are overpriced and will lie to you without hesitation. Trust is what keeps customers coming back which is a keep element that is missing at this dealership. More

Our family has been going to Erdman Nissan for many years. We just recently purchased our 7th new or used car from the Erdman family of dealerships. Once the vehicle has been purchased, we always use the Erdman service department and appreciate the fact that their associates remain with the department for years, which creates a feeling of trust and understanding. Our most recent purchase was a 2021 Nissan Murano. It is a vehicle that I have wanted for some time and they made it happen for me. Thank you Josh Bowman, Jonathan Reese, and manager Mike. The current situation with inventory created some bumps in the road, but these three worked to see that the obstacles were overcome. More

Don't buy a car from Mike Erdman Motors Nissan. Let me show you why! I traded in an Audi eTron and leased a Nissan Titan from Mike Erdman Nissan in Cocoa, Florida, on 6/14/2021. The advertised pric show you why! I traded in an Audi eTron and leased a Nissan Titan from Mike Erdman Nissan in Cocoa, Florida, on 6/14/2021. The advertised price was $52,074 on their website and during negotiations via text/phone calls. As always, they offered initial high payments, mentioned working with other dealers to find the best deal. Eventually, we agreed to a rough number, and I visited the dealer. I acted hesitant on the monthly price @ 36 months, and the Finance Manager asked what my drop-dead monthly price would be. I stated looking for around $750 a month. He went back into the office and came out later and said he got me at $729 a month, 3k down @ 36 months. As usual, they made me wait hours before signing the deal. (They do this so you get tired and just sign without reading everything) The Finance Manager had us sign physical papers and electronic papers on an iPad in a busy showroom floor, basically rushing us to sign, sign here, initial here and there. Not giving us time to look everything over. (Note: I never received half of the signed paperwork in our packet or my vehicle registration, including the lease information/breakdown). Flashforward to 7/2/2021, I noticed my Audi has still not been paid off, and I have been assessed a late payment. I contact the Finance Manager, who said he would check and get back to me. 30 mins later, he called and said the check was overnighted and signed for on 7/2/2021, and it should be applied to my account in the next few days. I checked my online Audi Portal and called Audi Financial service every other day, checking if it was paid off or if they received the check. On 7/7/2021, I called the Finance Manager again, stating Audi still hasn't received the payoff. He told me after the check was mailed, and it's not his problem. I asked him to please verify with accounting where the check was mailed to and who signed for it and email me copies so I can notify Audi FS (He never called me back). On 7/8/2021, I created my login for the Nissan FS (NMAC) and noticed my payoff was $60k, and I had 47 payments to go on my lease. I started looking through the packet, and nowhere in the copies did it state I signed a 48-month lease, and they changed the truck's price from $52k to $61k and tacked on a sales tax of $2,500. I emailed the General Manager, and demanded to know where the payoff is to Audi, why the truck's price changed by $8,500, and my lease terms were changed from 36 months to 48 and I want to cancel the maintenance plan I purchased for $938. 7/9 Audi FS contacted Nissan Dealer that the payoff was short approximately $1300 and missing some required paperwork to close out the account. (This is troubling since I verified the payoff twice and so did the dealer). Nissan did offer to pay the remaining balance to Audi FS. The General Manager stated the check was overnighted on 7/9. As of 7/13 Audi still has not received the $1300 dollars or the required paperwork. (I call Audi FS twice a day to verify) I have asked 7 times now for the maintenance plan cancellation form. Still have not received it. As of 8/1 my trade has not been paid off. The DMV Dealer Services found them in violation and issued a citation. The Office of Financial Regulation has also opened up an investigation! More

I took my Frontier in for the second time for an air bag light. I was told my warranty had expired and it would be $160 some odd dollars for diagnostics. I came home and double checked my claim and then confirmed by calling another local dealer. This service department is useless. I will never return! More
