Worst experience I've had at a dealership Took my car in for service due to my USB port not functioning. Paid $155 for them to tell me that my radio is broke. When I asked what was specifically wrong with the USB port they said you just need to replace the whole radio for over $1000. The worst part about the experience is when I went to pick up my car my AC plugs no longer worked! Horrible experience I most certainly won't be returning. More

I spoke to him on the phone and told him that my car would not start with my car battery that I last received from the dealership. He said that they could take a look at it but I had to have it to the shop by 6:30. I said okay I can make it home to get the battery and make it to the shop by 6:30. I got my battery as the car wouldn’t start and made it to the dealership before 6:30pm. To be told that I had to bring my car in and he couldn’t help me without my car. He wasted my time, as well as my rides time and gas driving all across the county just to get my battery replaced because he never once said the car had to come in also. Yes, I raised my voice and used language but this man was so sarcastic and arrogant he made me more and more angry the longer I was there. Even his body language showed he didn’t care about me the customer who had a car that didn’t start. So, now I will go buy a full price battery somewhere else (which they tested without the car and it was infact a bad battery) and I will also take all of my business elsewhere. Funny, I was just there a few weeks ago inquiring about trading my spouse’s vehicle in for a new car. Mike Erdman you have lost a good customer as well as our future purchase due to Jerry. I would highly recommend he be fired for his sarcastic and arrogant attitude and terrible customer service! More

Excellent Service I arrived late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I met Charlie Hodge and he stayed with me through the whole process. Nissan Service Center I had my 2015 Nissan Rogue SL serviced on Feb. 5, 2018 at Mike Erdman Nissan. The appointment was made in the morning, and I was referred to my Servi I had my 2015 Nissan Rogue SL serviced on Feb. 5, 2018 at Mike Erdman Nissan. The appointment was made in the morning, and I was referred to my Service Advisor, TJ. Upon arrival for my 4:30 appointment, he greeted me and my wife, and got down to business. He kept me informed and made suggestions to my car’s service needs. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the car was cleaned inside and out. Sales experience was meh, Service is DREADFUL We bought my Quest in 2013. It ran out of gas on the causeway during the rest drive. That's really all you need to know about how Erdman lots operate-- with incompetence. Recently, I had the "opportunity" to experience their Service dept. I live in Satellite Beach, so I've had it serviced closer to home otherwise. But, I needed a new key programmed after my key was stolen during a cruise. I had it towed to Edman since that's the closest dealership to the port. They had to have the key fob sent over from Orlando, so they kept my van overnight. I was able to locate my spare key then, so I called at 8AM the next morning to tell them not to cut the new key. I plan to trade the van in within the next 2 mos. so no need in getting another key. The service rep, Ms. Pelletier, had already told us that they typically have the fobs in stock, but on that morning call she said we'd still have to buy the new fob since it was a "special order." Deceitful. When I followed up with the Service manager, he said he would try to help, but then said the key was already cut "first thing in the morning." So when I went to pick up the vehicle and new key, I wanted my existing key cut also. But, whaddya know, there was no-one in the dept. (which was still open for another 2 hours) that could program it for me. So I was told to "just stop in" another day to have it cut. The service dept's shortsightedness and rudeness will negate me ever returning to Erdman for another purchase again. Car dealerships have a reputation for lacking scruples and being dishonest-- Mike Edman Nissan deserves the reputation. Stay away. More
