Stopped by for some info about new Toyotas and left the lot with a new RAV4. Garrick convinced me about the car an Jimmy got the lease fixed. Excellent job by both of them! I called this AM for an 1:00 appointment to have my oil changed & fortunately one was available. I was months late in taking care of this due to my husband breaking his hip on Septmeber 20, 2012. He was re changed & fortunately one was available. I was months late in taking care of this due to my husband breaking his hip on Septmeber 20, 2012. He was released from Rehab on 01/19,2013,and is getting around on a 4-wheel walker. My intiial phone call was with Chris. Upon arrival we were greeted by Michelle. She was extremely welcoming in assisting my husband out of the front passanger seat & removing the walkerfrom the back seat & helping both of us to enter the waiting room. The service was completed in less than the stated time and again Michelle was just as attentive upon our departure. We truly appreciate her efforts. We have been Toyota customers since 2000 & have alwasy been pleased with the service. We have enjoyed working with Jesse Torres for most of those years & I was disappointed to learn that he was not available at that time. My air condition fans was not working propery. They stayed with it till they found the problem. As a retired police executive with the New York City Police Dept (post 9/11) I can firmly assert the value Erdman Toyota has in the employ of their Service Manager, Mr. John Ball. Mr Ball is a consum Police Dept (post 9/11) I can firmly assert the value Erdman Toyota has in the employ of their Service Manager, Mr. John Ball. Mr Ball is a consummate professional, efficient and effective. Mr. Ball's care and attention to EVERY detail of a customer's concerns are without par. Mr. Ball demonstrates a genuine interest in the customer's satisfaction and he finds a way to achieve that end despite his obvious overwhelming (to me) work load. As a snow bird type resident of the space coast I have serviced both my Toyotas with you and have become familiar with your dealership and Mr. Ball in particular. I have only major kudos for your service department under the leadership of Mr. Ball. I expect to patronize Erdman Toyota in the future and highly recommend your services to fellow toyota owners. My 2004 Toyota Tacoma Quad Cab was recently serviced at Mike Erdman for an AC problem. I had been shuttled home on Wednesday and was contacted the next day, new parts and service was being performed. I cal Mike Erdman for an AC problem. I had been shuttled home on Wednesday and was contacted the next day, new parts and service was being performed. I called the dealership late that afternoon and was told the truck was ready and what service had been done. I opted to have the shuttle pick me up at my home on Friday morning to alleviate going to the dealer that evening. I dealt directly with John Ball, and was pleased to know the problem was fixed, at a price we agreed on and the truck runs like brand new (bought at Mike Erman in 2004). I have peace of mind again, as this vehicle means the world to me, to get me where I need to go and safely. Thanks to the Mike Erdman service department, a true bunch of professional and courteous employees. More
