I BOUGHT A 1974 JAVELIN ON JULY 21 2021. IT WAS JUST AS THEY SAID IT WOULD BE WHEN WE TALK VIA COMPUTER. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PAPER WORK AND TOLD ME ABOUT THE CAR I PAYED THEM AND DROVE 300 MILES BACK THEY SAID IT WOULD BE WHEN WE TALK VIA COMPUTER. I bought a 2017 GMC Terrain from Mike Pendleton. The car was nice and what I wanted but the experience was not what I expected my first time buying a car. I was given 1 key when I took the car because the m was nice and what I wanted but the experience was not what I expected my first time buying a car. I was given 1 key when I took the car because the mechanics were on strike at that time. I was told when they were off strike to come back and I could get the second key because no one else knew how to program it. I was also told scratches and dents would be fixed by them along with free oil changes for 2 years. Well when the mechanics came off strike I waited about a week for a call saying the key was ready but I heard nothing. I finally called an spoke to Mike and all of the sudden he can’t remember not giving me a second key and never promised anything about the dents or scratches. He told me I probably did them. I then brought my car in for my second oil change when it was due. I was told by the service guy that it would be my last oil change. I was confused and said I haven’t had the car 2 years yet so I still have plenty more oil changes left. The service man told me that I must’ve misunderstood Mike because the deal in 2 oil changes in 2 years. Not something I misunderstood. It was something was communicated to me in a deceitful manner. My interest rate on my car was double than what was originally discussed too. It was obviously my fault for simply trusting them and not reading the paperwork but how slimy. THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY !!! THEY CHEAT ON CUSTOMERS!!! I had very bad experience here. 3 years ago, I leased a 2018 Buick and now my lease gonna end within 2 month so they called me to ta CUSTOMERS!!! I had very bad experience here. 3 years ago, I leased a 2018 Buick and now my lease gonna end within 2 month so they called me to talk about the next step, which is weather to buy this car or get a new lease. They told me it will be $27k if I decide to own this car. I trust them (which I shouldn't) so I singed the new contract , it was on a Friday afternoon. But when I went back home, I had a look at my old lease agreement 3 years ago, I find out the price should only be $20k. So I came back next morning. Let them cancelled the new, unfair contract. After that I got a car loan from American Eagle Bank with a much lower interest rate than this dealer gave me ( 2.74% vs 3.99%) and the price is $20k. So what I have been experienced is this dealer, they tried to buy this car from me without letting me know and they will sell this car to me at the same time! They made me signed a lot of papers and didn't gave me copies, these papers are actually saying I will sold this car to them. So can get $7000 more from me. IT IS CONSUMER ABUSE!!!! SO please don't go there because I am lucky I get the new contract cancelled, but not everyone will be lucky. I believe they have many tricks cheat on customers and this dealership has bad reputation, you can find out by yourself. More
Manny Soto was very knowledgeable of the 2017 Cadillac Escalade. I found him to be experienced with a flair of both friendly and a professional.attitude. THE EPITOME OF SOULESS CAR SALESMEN. HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT MY 2019 ENCORE SINCE 1ST WEEK OF PURCHASE AND HAVE BEEN COSITENTLY LIED TO BY GM BILL HAGGERTY, THE NIECE HAGGERTY AND LAFONCE/SALES MGR. THE ABOUT MY 2019 ENCORE SINCE 1ST WEEK OF PURCHASE AND HAVE BEEN COSITENTLY LIED TO BY GM BILL HAGGERTY, THE NIECE HAGGERTY AND LAFONCE/SALES MGR. THE 1ST SALES MGR. ADMITTED TO ME THAT MY CAR HAD A "LITE RECALL" FOR PISTONS MALFUNCTIONING...9 VISITS AT DIFFERENT DEALERSHIPS AND A YR. LATER, THEY ARE REPLACING MY MOTOR, FOR THE 2ND TIME!!! BILL HAGGERTY SAYS HIS DEALERSHIP HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF MY ISSUES.:( KEEP IN MIND MY FATHER AND GRAND FATHER, BOTH RETIRED GM GUYS, BOTH APOLOGIZED FOR THIS MORE THAN BILL. NEVEER HAD AN AMERICAN CAR UNTIL THE PREVIOUS TRADED IN BUICK LA CROSSE, WHICH THE TANS WENT OUT W/OUY AS EVEN A WARNING LIGHT AND NOW A ENCORE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER AMERICAN MADE VEHICLE AGAIN. IF YOU ARE SMART, YOU WILL STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP, AS NOTHING BUT LIES AND DECEPTION SEEM TO BE THERE UNETHICAL BUSINESS CODE. CAR WAS BOUGHT NEW, WITH ONLY 4 MILES ON DASH...HA, DON'T EVEN TRUST THAT!!! Sexist ownership Extremely rude and sexist dealership. First I was disrespected by service manager, Dan Exstrom and then by the OWNER Bill Haggerty. I even wrote a letter to another owner Richard Haggery about the abhorrent behavior and he told me to take my business elsewhere, This was all about an $8 light bulb that they refused to replace. I called the better business bureau and filed a complaint. The owners and manager had no respect for me as a woman and told me I was “overreacting.” The management had no woman, just men. I would never recommend this dealership. More

Finally after finding the suv we wanted ue pretty much liked to me about the price by about $3000. The 2 finance gentleman we worked with were very friendly they made the visit a little more pleasurable. When we got to the nu.bers we liked we did buy. This place doesn't even give you a tank of gas when you purchase a car from them that's total bull crap they are very cheap we ended up getting a quarter tank of gas I have worked as a salesman at 2 other dealerships and they have always walked and fully gased the car for the customer not here will never buy from them again More
