Over and Beyond During the virus time, I was forced to fly to Texas to help my daughter drive her 2019 Encore home to Milwaukee. Unfortunately, we were in an accident and needed the care of the dealership. I called them soon after the accident and the receptionist assured me that they would be available to see the car as soon as we got home. Her words held true. We were able to drop off the car and the dealership literally took it from there! There was no hasseling phone calls about insurance, payments, parts. NOTHING...they took care of everything from start to finish. The not only assured me of the care and concern that the dealership had for the car but also for the safety of their employees and me.
