Unlike other dealerships, he took the time to test drive my Buick Enclave vehicle with me & he sat in the Martinis at GMC Brookfield was exceptional. During that time, he was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions that I had. He was as not pushy at all like other sales folks can be. After I had met with him, I needed to go home and talk with my husband. We had some additional questions and I was able to message Martinez at night and he got back to me each time, quickly.The next day I was getting a loan from Educator’s credit Union, and there were some questions, and Martinez was Johnny on the spot to work with our lender that morning. Martinis spent extra time buffing our vehicle before we drove away. He also helped me set up my temporary On-Star & hands-free voice activation with my phone .
