Excellent guidance and service Trading in my Audi A6 for a bigger, family car and decided to check out the GMC Acadia. During the sales process, was introduced to the Buick Enclave Trading in my Audi A6 for a bigger, family car and decided to check out the GMC Acadia. During the sales process, was introduced to the Buick Enclave. Martinis was the sale rep, he did not pressure or try to oversell. He also really nice to my 3 year old son who was accompanying me for the first look. I was able to give my expectations about what I could afford and timeline of purchase. Martinis was supportive and informative. 2 weeks later I returned and bought the Buick Enclave. Purchasing was easy, trade in was acceptable, staff was excellent. Overall great experience. More

Acadia Service - problem not fixed after 4!weeks Took my Acadia to get a screeching sound addressed. After 3 different parts, 4 weeks and over $2000 later, they didn’t even fix the problem I took it Took my Acadia to get a screeching sound addressed. After 3 different parts, 4 weeks and over $2000 later, they didn’t even fix the problem I took it in for. Was also charged for the most expensive part, not the one that was replaced. Not even sure what they “fixed” was even broken. Very frustrating. More
