I am updating my review from a previous review written when I was not a happy camper. I purchased a vehicle which was not gone through with a fine toothed comb in regard to cleanliness when I went to pick when I was not a happy camper. I purchased a vehicle which was not gone through with a fine toothed comb in regard to cleanliness when I went to pick it up. However in speaking with the general sales manager, Rick, he did apologize and made it good. I understand, life does happen. I would now give this dealership a 4, one star short of five simply because this shouldn’t have happened, however again, they did make it good. Plus, Rick, Randy and Martinis are awesome people to deal with. More

They always do quality work though this time when I brought my vehicle in to the body shop, I was not receiving timely updates about what was going on with my vehicle. Over the 20 days they had my car, brought my vehicle in to the body shop, I was not receiving timely updates about what was going on with my vehicle. Over the 20 days they had my car, they gave me 4 different time estimates for when my car should have work completed that were all missed or inaccurate. I understand that situations occur and parts don't always arrive when expected when they're shipped but managing expectations is an important part of customer relations and it led to a lot of frustration on my end when I would be expecting my car to have work completed by a certain date only to have that date pass with no notification multiple times.
